Te Kaunihera Manapou Paramedic Council was established as a Regulatory Authority (RA) under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act (2003) (the Act) effective 1 January 2020 after many years of seeking regulation of the profession. The Council’s role is to regulate paramedics in New Zealand. Read more.
